SAN MIGUEL, BULACAN: UNSEEN BAYUKBOK CAVES BEAUTY

Cave exploration or spelunking is one of the activities I did not image fun. Well, like what I said to my first post, me and my buddy were like boring individuals then. No fun activities... Ok, back to our topic. My first ever caving experience was at San Miguel Bulacan, Sitio Madulum Bayukbok Caves. Actually It's one of so many side trips if you are going to visit so many mountains here.
After Mt. Manalmon hiking the day after, we're off to 3 caves of Bayukbok. These caves are part of Biak-na-Bato National Park, part of Philippine History. These were the amazing figures of sculpted limestone formation beauty I never seen before. It forms different shapes, figures and colors you'll be amazed how it happened.
There's a certain portion of the cave that was truly captivating not only by its formation but for its sound effects. One part was called "the music room". Room because there were walls all over and the way to get in is to crawl under. "Music room" because you can percuss its wall, producing different sounds enhanced by holes above which volumes it. Aside from that, if you view it under or just look up, you will notice it's flower shaped form.

Another was this mouth-watering shape, the ice cream! Imagination get's really intense when your hungry.haha.

Unique figure I also noticed was this coral shape form posted on the caves wall. Aside from its look, you can feel the coolness from this rocks, you feel like your touching the coldest water ever!

Aside from the caves wall, let's take a look on it's ceiling. Wow that was totally awesome! It was like looking at sky with angels and clouds calmly say hi.

As we explore 3 different caves, the ceilings, floor and walls also changes. Take a look on this one as we approach the last cave. Compared to the previous walls, it somewhat shiny and as brown as a chocolate.

Near the end of the cave, as we get more higher and higher, I noticed this nice wall. Rougher compared to the previous ones. Like an icing, merengge!
The floor was getting bumpy, lots of stones, soil, gaps and cliffs to cross. We're almost near at exit, 2 hours past and I noticed this silent creature from the side.

Imagine, it is as wide as your palm, fingers open. And also did you noticed those shells on the floor? Think.. how it went there? to think it is the highest point of the cave..Hmm.
